Shipping policy

We are excited to offer free tracked shipping for orders over $100 for our Australian customers. There is a $10 shipping cost for orders under $100. We also offer a $15 express shipping option, with free express shipping over $100.

We also offer international shipping for our customers abroad, and we generally use Australia Post for these orders. Please check with Australia Post for standard international shipping times from Australia to your location. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

CUSTOMS CHARGES AND FEES
Customers can be charged for buying and importing products into their country. The Dream Merchants does not take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges. The Dream Merchants does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. Please direct any enquiries regarding tax you may have been charged to your local customs office. The Dream Merchants have no control over these charges, and cannot advise how much these would be, as these fees vary depending on country. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering online to confirm any possible charges.

If an order is Returned To Sender, a refund of the purchase price will be issued minus the shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Dream Merchants will not be held responsible for any parcels abandoned by your country for any reason.
